Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Hi-Me.ai platform ("Service") operated by Hi-Me ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of AI Services (The "No Hallucination Liability" Clause)

Hi-Me provides AI-powered features, including chatbots and asset generation. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic. The responses generated by your AI Persona may be inaccurate, offensive, or hallucinated. Hi-Me makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated output.
  • No Professional Advice: The AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial). You should not rely on the Service for critical decisions.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content populated in your Knowledge Base and the resulting interactions your Persona has with visitors.

2. User Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Subscriptions: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro", "Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use Hi-Me to:

  • Generate or disseminate hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or violence.
  • Impersonate any person or entity without their consent (Deepfakes of public figures are strictly prohibited).
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or prompts used by the Service.
  • Overload our infrastructure (DDoS) or scrape data from other users.

Violation of this AUP will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the text, files, and images you upload ("Input").
  • AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hi-Me assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in the output generated by the AI for your specific account.
  • Platform Rights: The Hi-Me platform, including its code, design, logos, and proprietary AI workflows, is the exclusive property of Hi-Me.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hi-Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service (including AI hallucinations);
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
